Stages of work

Request for calculation
You send the data for calculation. We select the code of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity, determine the need for approval documents and make a preliminary calculation.

Agreement
We offer different options to choose from and explain their advantages and risks. An agreement is signed after the relevant decision has been made.

Request for reservation
You send a request for a reservation and the sender's contacts, and we forward this information to our agent, who will contact the supplier, confirm the dates of cargo availability and reserve a place on the ship.

Documents for customs clearance
Before the cargo arrives in the Russian Federation, the customer provides a full package of documents for customs clearance.

Submission of a declaration
After placing the container in the customs control area, we receive the shipping documents and submit the declaration. After the declaration is issued, we take the container out of the terminal or deliver it to the railway station.

Rail shipping
When a container is shipped by rail, we receive a platform number and can track its movement.

Release
Upon arrival at the destination, our manager will contact you to agree on a date and time of delivery.
